These Terms apply to your use of this website and to enrollment in any Superior Learn training track. By enrolling, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Enrollment & Withdrawal Policy, and Educational Disclaimer.
1. Our services
Our services include pre-recorded video lessons, mentor feedback, and career materials, as described for each tuition plan on our website. Access to private community channels is contingent upon professional conduct.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll.
3. Enrollment and tuition
Tuition and available payment options are shown on our website and confirmed in your enrollment agreement, which sets out the full terms. Withdrawal rights are described in our Enrollment & Withdrawal Policy.
4. Conduct
We reserve the right to decline or cancel enrollment if you do not meet the eligibility requirement in section 2 or if you do not maintain professional conduct toward mentors, staff, and other students.
5. Course materials
Course videos, templates, and other materials are provided for your personal learning. You may not resell, publish, or share access to them without our written permission.
6. No guarantee of results
The training is educational. We do not guarantee client contracts, specific income levels, or employment outcomes — see our Educational Disclaimer.
7. Third-party platforms
The program refers to third-party services (for example, Upwork, Contra, Wise, Payoneer, Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, Discord). Your use of them is governed by their own terms. References to them do not constitute endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Superior Learn is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or the training. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
