Enrollment & Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal period

You may withdraw within 14 days of your enrollment date and receive a full refund of the tuition you have paid, as long as Level 03 course materials have not yet been delivered to you. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days after we confirm your request.

How to request a withdrawal

Email [email protected] from the address you used to enroll. Use the subject line “Withdrawal request” and include your full name and the plan you enrolled in. We will confirm that we received your request.

Enrollment agreement

Your enrollment agreement sets out the full terms. If anything in that agreement is less favorable to you than this page, this page applies. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
